The body of this jewelry box is curly maple with walnut dovetail splines reinforcing the mitered corners.
The lid is a veneered panel of Claro walnut burl veneer with a snakewood knob .
The lift out tray and dividers are made of sapele, curly maple and snakewood.
The lid is hinged with solid brass Brusso hinges.
No stains are used. This is the natural color of the woods.
The suede cloth lined interior has a removable tray and the dividers are made of sapele with a macassar handle.
This beautiful one-of-a-kind box is finished with special oils and waxes and hand rubbed to a high luster.
