The mitered corners are reinforced with internal Gabon ebony "butterfly" splines.
The lid is made from "waterfall" bubinga veneer framed in wenge with bubinga knobs with ebony inlays.
The tray and removable dividers are made of sapele, maple. cherry and Gabon ebony
The lining is tan suede cloth.
No stains are used. This is the natural color of the woods.
This box is signed and all the woods used are listed on the bottom.
