The body of this striking box is "Ambrosia" maple with walnut dovetail splines reinforcing the mitered corners.The lid is a veneered panel of walnut burl over walnut attached with concealed slot hinges. The box is signed and all the woods used are listed on the bottom. Bottom lined with tan suede cloth.
